But first, you need to know the TOP FIVE BRA FIT MISTAKES
#1 - Band Aid No, band aid is not a benefit concert. About 90% of the support a bra provides comes from the band. The band is the elastic that goes around your chest (and usually hooks together in the back) The bra band should be low on your back (slightly below center), and it should be parallel to the ground. Most women choose a bra band that is too big. And then the bra Band needs Aid because it cannot provide support. The band starts to ride up your back, allowing your breasts to sag and look droopy. And your natural response is to. . .
#2 - Strap Strangle Tighten the straps to try to pull the breasts upward. Mistake. That will lead to discomfort. Almost all of the support comes from the band, not the straps. (Proof? Strapless bras. Think about it.) The shoulder straps are there to make sure that the cups don't fall down, and they help the cups provide shape for your breasts. For example, if you see gaping in the front, you can slightly tighten the straps to take up slack and smooth out the cups. You should be able to comfortably put two fingers between the shoulder straps and your shoulders.
#3 - Cup Spill Your breasts are either spilling out of the top of the cups, or the cups are so loose that pessimists would be right to say that the cups are half empty. Cups are designed in different ways for different purposes. Ultimately, cups should provide shape and control. If you're big on top, you'll want cups that provide more support on the sides of your breasts, which slims your figure. If you're smaller, you might want cups that bring your breasts closer together and provide perhaps some additional shaping with padding. Primarily you need to be concerned about the band fit. Because if the band does not fit, even the perfect size and shape cups will look all wrong.
#4 - Unwired Underwire hurts. Or does it? Well, underwire doesn't hurt if you're in a bra that fits properly. Underwire provides lift - and I don't know about you ladies, but I definitely need lift. The sad part is - gravity actually works. Want proof? Without support our breasts droop lower, and lower...and lower... Underwire is anti-gravity for your chest. We need that!
#5 - Size Surprise Our bodies change size and shape. All the time. And that includes our chests. Besides the obvious (like, when you're pregnant), there's water retention, birth-control pill, dieting (and the opposite of dieting...sigh), hormonal changes related to stress, age, and so on. You should measure and re-measure, every time you need a new bra. And remember, every manufacturer makes their bras slightly differently. Your measurements are just a starting point.
OK those are the top five bra mistakes. But I like solutions better. So let's get on with "How To Choose And Fit A Bra Properly."

Top Five Bra Mistakes That Kill Your Sex Appeal
Over 80% of all women are wearing the wrong bra size. (According to "The Sun" newspaper in Great Britain, it's 72% over there... What do they know that we don't? Maybe 8% don't wear a bra.)
But that means YOU are probably making one of these Five Mistakes that can really dampen your Lover's desire. Whether you live in the USA like me, or the UK like 72% of women who are wearing the the wrong bra size.
We must have decided somewhere along the line that knowing how to find a bra that fits is a hereditary skill. Like, we evolved with this knowledge.
(Men got fire. I still see them pretending they know how to start a fire just because they're men. Personally, I can start a fire with the right corset. But that's another story...)
Guess what? Nobody knows how to fit a bra until you're taught. Sounds like it should be easy. And it SHOULD be. But it's not.
We're all different shapes. And to make matters more confusing, there really aren't any standards for manufacturers to follow. So it's up to you to figure it out for yourself.
Do it right, and you'll look great. Don't, and you might not.
(Cue the music "don't worry, be happy")
Don't worry! Be Sexy! I'm going to teach you how to fit a bra so that you'll look and feel great!

You Look Marvelous!
Does anybody remember Billy Idol "Dancin' With Myself?"
This blog is dedicated to everyone who definitely does not want to be left dancin' with themselves!
I have been helping ladies (and sometimes men) find and choose seductive clothes for about five years.
Can't tell you how many relationships I've heard about (too many). Can tell you that they go better when there's a little more S-e-x (appeal).
Desire lights the heart on fire. I'm going to try to be here stoking some fires ; )
I think what I'll do first is post a primer series. "How to Choose Lingerie" How's that sound?
